By clicking "confirm order" the purchaser understands and agrees via electronic signature to accept the Terms and Conditions, including Thor’s return and refund policy.

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

2. Product must be repackaged with the same shipping material used by Thor in the original delivery, including the replacement of packing bolts, pallet and box. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner.

3. Customer is responsible for all transportation charges and arrangements for returned merchandise.

4. must arrive at Thor Appliance Company warehouse in clean, brand-new condition.

5. Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Cancellation Process:

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the transaction without incurring shipping and handling fees. If you cancel an order after shipment, you will be charged the full shipping rate, plus the cost to return the merchandise back to Thor’s warehouse. Cancellation must be made in writing via email or via written letter.
